I think I would serve ice cream at the air conditioned ice cream parlor. But I can't help but wonder.Who would fix my septic tank or choose to work at the morgue or who would choose to work road construction when it is over 100 degrees or how about working in a foundry? Who would really want to work the hard labor jobs for equal pay? Can you see people saying wow! When I grow up I want to roof houses and get the same pay as the guy selling movie tickets.
We have an economy because people want and need to trade for the products and services we need but can't make for ourselves. We trade with the medium of exchange called money. Money is based on credit ( the ability to pay ). Money and gold would be absolutely worthless if there were no products. Although gold would have aesthetic value.
If we all had comfortable jobs there would be too many of the same products.
A product is of no economic value if there is an over supply of the product. Take air for an example; it is free. We don't trade with air. Why? because of the over supply of air. Nobody is going to trade you a pair of shoes for some air.
Everybody getting paid equal wages sounds great but this is planet earth and equal pay is pie in the sky. Sorry.

Probably nothing else. If everyone was paid the same, there'd be no reason to try to succeed in the workplace. Think about it: If you knew that a gardener was paid the same as the CEO of Microsoft, would you need (let alone want) to move up?

I would be lazy and deliver pizzas. I would drive slow cause it doesn't matter how many deliveries I had for the day cause I got paid the same. I really wouldn't care about school cause its just too much, and since we get paid the same, it doesn't really matter anyways.

I would go to university and get degree after degree after degree. The rest of the time I would teach (to earn my keep).

I would teach crafts. It is a great feeling to know that someone appreciates that you helped them learn something.
Teaching energizes me.
