I'm looking for Indian tribes in the southwest Illinios (close to st. louis--think litchfeild area) I was told there was a Nomadic tribe but that just means that it's a type of tribe that moves around. I need any information on any tribes in there area. Preferably ones from way far back (somebody said somthing about way in BC times) Any information is better than what I have thanks!!

9/11 changed the world? How? Why? Becaue it is all based on fulminant lies. It gave an excuse to attack Afghnaistan and restore trillin dollar annual drug smuggling. Islam and Muslims were held hostage. Over 1 billion Muslims are held hostage by CNN, FOX, BBC, Time, Newsweek and all feeble minded people. Islam does nto allow even killing of an animal wihtout God's permission and deos not allow burning enemy's crops and attacks on temples, elderely and rapping of women. But Isalm is defamed and held hsotage for soemthing which is done by its open enemies. So hwo will you celebrate this event which is turningout to be a quick sand with no return to NATO and AMerican forces. Where people remain silent when people concealed the truth and became lowest of low and so are and will pay the price. Truth will tirumph as usual but the blind, deaf and dumb and dead will not see that

My husband's 19 year old nephew, "Ted" was in juvie for about 5 years. He was let out about one year ago. Since Ted needed stability and good role models, his public guardian asked if he could come live in our home. My husband and I both agreed. Last night Ted confessed to me that the reason he was in juvie was because he molested someone (he would not tell me who) because his father forced him to. His father also molested him. Ted then claimed that he is all better and knows that he would never do it again. He said that his counselor asked him if he felt sexual arroused by his cousin. I thought he meant an older cousin, then I was told he meant my daughter who is 6! He swears the answer was no, but I am really worried! This boy needs someone to constantly remind him that he needs to shower, clean up, sleep in his bed, smoke outside, put his things away, etc. I don't have a release to talk to his case workers or anything, but I am wondering what would you do in this case?

I heard something years ago about companies not being allowed to give bad employment references - can anyone confirm this?

The reason I ask is that I'm currently temping whilst waiting for something permenent to come along and in my last assignment the agency I was with got pissed off as they claimed I left a week early without giving any notice, when infact I had actually left on the agreed date. Also, I've just registered with another agency for a temp job coming up soon (only a 5 month contract in data entry), would they bother seeking references for such a short contract?
