Am I wrong in assuming that the hollowpoint bullets cops use have trouble going through car doors and windows when they need to shoot a perp inside a car?

Do full Metal Jacket rounds have any problems penetrating through car doors / car windows?

I've never shot a person inside a car, but I have shot out windows with .177 ball bearings with no trouble at all with a bb gun velocity around 400 Feet Per Second.
I would assume a 9mm slug would have almost no trouble but I hear that isn't true.

After the static gets worse and worse you hear a loud crack and then the tv works like normal like if it needs to warm up. That was the first problem now it doesnt even turn on now. I've used a soldier iron before and specific help is greatly appreciated.

2:00am Got clothes out of washer. All of my clothes have small pieces of paper stuck to them. They are easily removed but I dont have the time or energy.

What can I do to remove the paper and dry the clothes before 5:30 am? Re-spin? Re-rinse? Dry as in nothing happened? What?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year or more, and we are planning for our wedding. For the past few weeks he said he wants to have a child soon as we can, and that we should start trying. He also keeps telling me his destiny is to be a good father. He's a good guy, so it’s no doubt he wouldn’t be. I’m not ready, and I have tired to tell him this, but he tells me I'm just scared that we will fail as parents.
I have just a year left to get my B.A. He supports me, and make sure I do good in school. I don’t know how to get threw to him that, I’m not ready, without hurting his feelings... Could it also be because he’s adopted? We just found out his real parents and family, and it didn’t go to well. They basically told him he was mistake and that he was never wanted. Or maybe because he is older than me. He’s about 7 to 8 years older than me. Age never matter to us. I really do love him. We also have a very honest and good relationship.

My husband has promised me over and over again that he will stay off of various singles' sites over the internet. I signed up and tracked down his profile to nail him finally. This is probably the third time this has happened. He then tells me that we were fighting and that's why he signed up and chatted.
