The paper must have been left in a pocket. Try drying them in the dryer and clean the lint tray often. The paper will dry as well and should fall off. It's okay, everyone has done this before, or had a child who did, at least it's not crayons!

Try drying one piece to see what happens. It seems to me that it would come off as lint does in the dryer. If it works well, then dry the rest. If not, try a re-rinse.

run them thru the rinse cycle again and then dryl A lot
depends on the type of fabrics, cottons and denims will
come cleaner than jersey or fleece, the paper seems
to bond to that type of fabric. After you dry them, take
each individual piece and shake vigorously, There may
still be a few pieces sticking around, but most of the paper
should shake off

Dry them, the paper will come off with the lint. Just make sure you put in some fabric softner dryer sheets too.

You might re-rinse and re-dry - but not certain even that will get it all - the quickest may be duck tape or those hair remover rolls for when you have pets.

Change the lint filter on your washing machine and your dryer and see if that helps.
