Seems like you are going thru a lot of tension in your pregnency - so dont strain yourself dont worry or bother about anything happening around you - dont get angry - since you are doing all this, you are getting these headaches.
Do you know why ?
Well the reason is that your BP is getting Higher and that is really dangerous for the baby - it can complicate your pregnency and can bring growth deformities to your unborn child, so stop all those worries momma and just relax BE COOL.
Your BP always need to be around 80/140, go check yourself right now and you will be surprised. Take Alpha Dopa medicine it will help you a lot....
Good luck new Mommy...

Aceteminophen (Tylenol) has been approved for women to take during pregnancy. If you ask your doctor, he can give you an entire list of medications that are okay to take during pregnancy, including things you might need for a cold or other illness.
Sex is supposed to be a natural cure for a headache. :)

Several suggestions: - Sinus rinse: It's different than saline drops because the solution actual goes up into your sinuses and flushes out the mucous that is up there. You can get the Sinus Rinse kit at most pharmacies. - Steam: Boil water and add in spices from your cabinet, like all spice, ginger, you can even add vicks. Put it all in a large bowl. Place your face over the bowl and then a towel over your head to keep the steam in. This is a GREAT way to clear sinuses and nasal congestion and is also great for your pores. Try it morning and night. Have a box of kleenex handy. Drink LOTS of water. I hope these help!

You can take paracetamol whilst pregnant it is completley safe. Pregnancy can trigger off headaches, I had this problem with my second child and like you I was worried about what to take, so I went to my doctor and he told me to take paracetamol.
Unfortunatley your headaches can stay with you after giving birth, I suffer with migraine now and as it happens I had one niggling for the past two days.
Congratulations on your pregnancy and best wishes for the future with your new bundle of joy!

If it's possible, go into your bedroom, pull the curtains/shades, make it dark (or as close to dark as possible) and put a moist washcloth (cold) over your forehead. Sometimes, I used a hot washcloth, but mostly the cold ones seem to help headaches. Drink a cup of herbal tea (chamomile is wonderful for headaches).
