My guy friend who is like a year older likes me or liked.But when he wanted to talk to me he had a girlfriend who i knew and he lied and said she wasnt.I believed but now that i look back i can tell that it was obvious that they were together. Would taking B12 vitamins exacerbate pain in my joints and make my face feel flush?

I have noticed that since I started getting B12 shots and taking B12 vitamins that this is happening and I am not sure if it is due to that or something else.
