I do hear the motor trying. The back window wipers are not affected. I also tried the pin trick but it still doesn't work.

The holes are plugged where the fluid squirts out, the easiest and best way to clean them is to pull the hose off each jet and use an air compressor with a blow tip on it and shoot air into the jets from the side the hose hooks up to.

I don't think it has its own dedicated fuse, it may share one with some other devices. Does it make any noise? Find a friend that knows how to use a volt/ohm meter and have them check for the presence of 12vdc at the plug when you try to use the device. my bet is a crapped out pump motor.

Check the hose or line that the fluid runs through. That happened to my car once and when I looked at the hose it had disconnected. I was unable to fix mine though because there was a filter in the line that had dry rotted and I never got around to buying another one.

Check the fuse or try cleaning the fluid line there may be a bit of dirt clodding your fittings.

Can you hear the motor trying to spit it out? If you do, then probably the little holes are plugged. Take a safety pin and try to clean them out. Or, you can take them off, and soak them in vinegar.

Do you hear a sound when you try to actuate the circuit? If so, the fuse is fine. In that case, you probably have a blockage.
