Would taking B12 vitamins exacerbate pain in my joints and make my face feel flush?

I have noticed that since I started getting B12 shots and taking B12 vitamins that this is happening and I am not sure if it is due to that or something else.

No. Niacin is the b vitamin that sometimes will flush the face. Check with your doctor to see if it's something else. If you take a lot of b 12 you will have lots of energy. too much if you take too much. arthritus and potatoes can cause joint pain. not b12
check with your doctor

.VITAMIN B12 SIDE EFFECTS:
VITAMIN B12 is generally well tolerated. Notify your doctor if you develop: diarrhea, itching or a skin rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist

...as you may be having an interaction with some other medication you are on.

I have taken B-12 shots before and it was actually supposed to improve not exacerbate the pain in joints. You should tell your Dr. about these side effects right away.I'm sure it must affect different people in different ways.

It will cause facial flushing but this goes away. Did your Dr. tell you to take a supplement even though you are getting the injections? Make sure and more than likely it is ok.
