My niece is 13, and she has bigger than average thighs and a bit of extra flab around the stomach (i know 13 year olds are meant to have some fat, but she has a little extra flab on that), and she really wats to know how to lose that weight, so she can feel better about herself again. I didn't have any ideas for her, being 15 and never being a little flabby, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
p.s The exercise she does is riding horses, and playing soccer twice a week. Aso, plz tell if she just needs exercise or if she also needs a diet, but i heard they weren't good for ppl that young...?
