Hypnobirthing teaches you how to give birth. You control all pain by breathing techniques and being totally relaxed. So relaxed that you don't even move or make a sound. Then my baby just popped out. My labour was 6 hours and it was great. Has anyone else tried it or does anyone else have any questions about it.

It cost me £240. I went to about 5 sessions with a hypnotherapist who has trained in the hypnobirthing technique. I then practised the breathing and relaxation techniques before I went to bed. My partner acted like my hypnotherapist when I was at the hospital by saying the odd trigger words like "just relax". To tell you the truth, he had been working nights and was asleep next to me for most of the labour and only got up when I breathed my baby out (no pushing involved, no tearing, no pain) I have had two kids before so I know what it is like to give birth without really knowing what to do. And believe me you will feel like an expert after this course.

Hi, I read up alot on painfree birth and how the pain is all in the mind, and being scared makes it much worse, and I managed to believe it was true and it turned out to be true...
I 'breathed' through the birth of my 3rd, after a mild 12 hours of contractions baby flew out, it was a 5 minute job, I only screamed 'NO' because I couldnt believe she was coming out straight away, I felt like I hadnt even got into it! lol!
I believe hypnobirthing would work even better, as this easy birth was something I acheived simply by reading loads of stuff about it.
Ive posted messages about this sort of stuff on other forums and hardly anyone is really interested.
For some reason, women seem to want to think it has to be painful....its a deeeply ingrained conviction that is mainly false, and sadly many women have very traumatic experiences (epidural complications etc) that are a result of this misplaced fear of pain. £230 sounds like money well spent.

I haven't tried it, but I'd like to- my daughters birth was PAINFUL, but I didn't have any pain relief for the birth itself because the gas and air had stopped being good for me and made me feel sick after having it for 6 out of 20 hours of the contractions. If I have another baby, I would love to try hypnobirthing, my only question is, is it expensive?

Basically, if you have actually been thinking about using hypnosis in order to get a grip on the end result of interactions to your benefit, then you'll probably have an interest in what is being taught in Black Ops Hypnosis, an on line program you will find here https://tr.im/UEpYu .
This system, Black Ops Hypnosis consists in 3 main patterns. The methods from Black Ops Hypnosis are extremely sensible and function effectively in reality.
Black Ops Hypnosis is certainly one of typically the most popular secret and conversational hypnosis products and services and it has distributed properly into the tens and thousands of copies worldwide.

I did learn it in preparation for my son's birth. I ended up with an emergency c-section, but it was helpful anyway. I used it while having the amnio, and when the spinal was given. The Drs said they had never seen anyone more calm in a traumatic delivery before. It was the self hypnosis.

Sounds like a great experience. I gave birth 4 times I wish that was around when I delivered.

WOW you got lucky. I have heard something about it unfortunately I can't have babies naturally but I will pass along your info to people whom are having babies. They may want to try it. Most pregnant women don't want to have to go under the knife.

WHAT! Girl I was in labor 14 hr with my one without an epidural and I doubt I will ever do that again. I don't think your technique will work for everyone.
