If you lived...probably not. The stomach acids along with the length of time before the liquid stays in your system will probably break down the glowing effect.
But its likely that some of the indgredients in the stick would stay in your system, since your body would treat them like suspension and a poison, and try to let your liver, kidneys, and large intestine battle them.

I was at a friends house years ago, we were drinking a bunch of beer. We had opened a glow stick on the floor, and I had one in my mouth like a cigar, kind of chewing on it. My friend noticed that my mouth had started to glow, but about 1/3rd of the liquid was missing from the stick. I immediately stopped chewing on it, a little while later I was out back peeing and BS'ing with my buddy, and looked down and my pee was glowing. To make sure I asked my buddy, "Hey, I know were pretty messed up, but is my pee glowing?" He responded with a "Holy S**T, it is!". It was just that one pee but I say yes it does, but maybe only when you in the I have broken the seal condition and the fluids are flowing faster through your body than normal.

your post-mortem report will sound like this 'cause of death is unknown glowing material in the stomach'.who is telling this kinda rumours anyway?ask the one told u to demonstrate it first.

because that's kinda weird but interesting.
