I think number 4 is a rice dish from the middle east. Number 5 is a french fish soup and flavored with the head of an eel. The other I have no idea.

Taboule is Italian/Roman in origin, but I think groovy is fair saying it is "coming from Lebabanon", since that's where it is mostly eaten. Most people would say pizza was Italian, after all, when in fact it is Greek.
