It really depends on what you classify as 'fast food'.
I like going to oriental places that have good, fresh food (not all that fried stuff)....Sushi, Pad Thai are just two that I really like.
Also, I like Greek or middle eastern places that have Gyros and Kabobs, and they serve fresh vegetables and rice with most of their dishes.
I can't really be to specific, like give you any names of restaurants or anything like that, because it also very much depends on where you live.
Where I live right now I'm lucky to find an Arby's, let alone anything else. But where I used to live (and want to move back to) I had all the choices I could want. And if you live in a place like New York city, you can get ANY type of food, and usually fast and inexpensive too.
So as far as picking 'the best', it depends on where you live (and what you like too)
Good luck :-)

You really should avoid fast food that is fried. Fast food is terrible and if you can avoid it then you'd be better off. But if I had to suggest a place I guess I'd go with Subway simply because they offer fresh sandwiches. I really don't know since I don't eat fast food.

I love Arby's. They're food is mostly healthier than other fast food restaurants. My favorite is their chicken salad wrap. And they have hot cheese dip to go with the fries! And you can get onion rings or mozzarella sticks and a bunch of other sides...good variety. They only have one kind of shake...it's called Jamocha....but it basically tastes like a really good chocolate shake, cuz I don't even like coffee and I like it. And they have the best apple or cherry turnovers and chocolate chip cookies. Mmmmm.....

I agree. Subway is good, But here in Texas,Whataburger is good too. The veggies on your burger are crisp and fresh, not limp and wimpy due to the heat from the pattyor sitting under a heat lamp.

Fast food is bad. Even if it's not fried, or otherwise packed with calories it has a ton of chemicals and preservatives. You don't want to eat that stuff, much less try to pronounce it.
