Judging from the way I spoke since I was 3 yrs old, I am a natural-born smartass.
I was more of a smartass when I was a kid, though.

Puns, Jest and innuendos are improved by constant practice but to become a master takes fast wit, cutting barbs interlaced with devastating body language, hyperbole and semantics. I have completed my black belt level and plan to establish my own school now.

practice n being present to situation bcoz some people just do practice and r in there own world at that time so it doesnt help them.

Both. First you have to be born smart. Then you have to practice being an @ss. If you don't have both then you'll only be a dumbass or a nerd... Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)
