There is no single "best way" that suits everyone. How old are you? How big are you, how long have you felt the need to slim your tummy down?
You need to do this in the way that fits you. Some things that might work are running, this will speed your metabolism (while you do it and for a short time after) and burn fat, you should do some resistance exercise and you should vary this. So do some crunches, some swiss ball, some decline bench crunches etc. There's loads of different abs exercises.
If you are serious you have to reduce your calorie intake so that it fits your metabolic rate, increase your everyday physical activity and add exercise to your lifestyle. E-mail me if you want to know more on steve03281227@yahoo.co.uk

Are you sure it's not water retention? If so, cut down on salt and caffeine and drink loads and loads of water to flush out your system. As you probably know it's lack of water that causes water retention, not too much! With regards to exercise try walking, swimming and a few sets of sit ups every night just for 5-10 mins. You'll notice a difference within a couple weeks.

How log it takes varies from person to person. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

there is no hard and fast answer and it just takes commitment and hard work. Sit ups at least 3x a week and cardio work to raise your metabolism and get your heart working.Running is as good for the waist as it is for your legs. But you need to cut down what you are eating or what you are eating. I found cutting out bread and wheat helped tremendously as these contributed to bloating and stomach cramps. Drink lots of water too. good luck.

let us first understand why you have this problem.....body works on the fundamental that input = output if you take food that is more than the enery you utilise then extra energy will be stored in your tummy as fat. so take balance diet and do regular excersice and support your deit plan with full of nutritions......i have lost 19 kgs in 90 days by using "POSITRIM" a healthy weight management drink and did regular walking for 30 minutes upto 5 kmts a day. for more details please contact pvbv@rediffmail.com

Stop eating fatty foods. Start doing 200 sits up a day, a couple of miles running also, that should sort you out.

Eat only healthy food. Go walking every time you can, dance a lot and do some sports. Drink mineral water, not Coke or fizzy something.
