What do you think of the Post Office ( Royal Mail ) ..Recently the good old Royal Mail introduced a new pricing structure .. do you measure yours ? From buying a stamp to waiting for your mail coming through your letterbox.. have you ever complained about late/lost mail ... is it snail mail or just a Parcelfarce..?

Its absolute pants...i've just had 2 cds i posted gone missing, only weeks after we sent a computer through work and it got lost. At least they offered compensation......£25!!!!!

yes i have complained and they sorted it out, no pun intended.
but if you post a letter in spain to the uk you have arrived back a week when it arrives.
