My wife is an intelligent person, but she recently watched something on the discovey channel that has caused her to have much distrust in buildings. We live on the 9th floor of the Paul Brown building in St. Louis. The building is 80 years old and as far as I can tell, is as solid as a rock. however, my wife is convinced that the pool on the roof (15 X 15 ft., and only 2 feet deep), is going to cause the roof to cave in! She is seriously convinced the roof is on the verge of collapsing. She has no proof to back this up, just a hunch, basically. I can't seem to assure her that we're safe. Does anyone out there know any information about buildings and their ability to hold weight that might restore my wife's faith????

For a while now I have been thinking of opening my own restaurant. The city I live in ( Louisville, KY) all ready has all the restaurant you can think of. I thought that would be the cheapest buisness to open. Now I'm not sure. Then me and hubby thought about a skating rank. We look up some info on the web and found out that the average start up cost for that is a million dollars. Now I'm thinking of an internet buisness. That way I can stay home with my children. Now I'm looking for information on starting up an internet buisness. First of all do you pay taxes on it? Is it cheaper then starting a regular buisness? Also have any of you bought one of those online stores? You know the kind that is prestoked and you just pay like $40. I live in poverty and don't have any saving. Neither me or my husband have good credit. I don't see us having a good chance at getting a loan. Any ways thanks for your help in adavnce.

I have been with my husband since i was 16, married for almost 10 years, turning 29 soon, have a 81/2 year old, currently 2 months pregnant. Our relationship has its good points and its downs. It seems like recently we can not stand eachother. We argue talk about it, and then if i say anything it seems like it upsets my husband. and then I get upset. Currently we have no sex life, I have high risk pregnancies so can not be intamate. I dont know what to think anymore, we had an arguement last night, and said he didnt want to be with me anymore. I dont know what to do anymore, or what to believe we both agree. we dont want to be together just for our children. We do have fun whenever we go out by ourselves or with our daughter, the last time we where alone without our daughter seemed like ages ago. I dont know what to do, need advice. we did say we need to go out alone with eachother to find out why we fell inlove with eachother. Im afraid if we dont there wont be no turning back

I'm from the UK but I watch Fox News sometimes just for a laugh. But anyway my question is, in between of the Bush-cheerleading, there are always loads of reports about new health and medical related technologies. There's nothing wrong with that, but there seems to be a report every 10 minutes about some new thing that can stop obesity or heart attacks or whatev. It seems a bit obsessive. What is the reason for it?
