No, there is no way you can lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks unless you do something REALLY unhealthy. Search around for some healthy ways to lose weight.
FYI, I'm 5'4 and I'd kill to weigh 145!! ;)

No, it is not possible or healthy. A normal weight loss is about 2 pounds per week.
Read labels, eat small portions, and exercise. Skip sodas and drink water. Substitute healthy choices like whole grains, fruits and veggies for the chips, pizza, or tacos that teens enjoy.
Find an on line diet buddy through a site like Weight Watchers or a friend who wants to lose weight, too. Instead of using the elevator, use the stairs. Swim, play tennis, dance, ride a bike, take an aerobics, kick box or Tai Chi class. Do Pilates and weight training. Vary your daily exercise so you don't get bored. Walk every day.
Good luck.

there is really no way to do it in 2 weeks. unless u see a plastic surgeon. u r actually in ur weight range for your height. its on the higher end, but still not overweight. if you want to lose weight then stick to about a 1500 calorie diet. eat good foods like veggies and fruits. if u stop eating it will backfire and u will gain weight. ur body slows down the metabolism so anything u eat will be stored as fat and u will get tired and sluggish. the next thing is to exercise. try walking fast or jogging, jump rope, exercise tapes, join a gym. park farther away from the store, things like that. that will help u lose the weight and tone up ur body as well. which will look better. plus muscles burn 2X's more calories then fat :-D no magic pills work. and drink plenty of water at least 64 ounces a day. it curbs ur appetite, and is good 4 u.

You cannot lose this much weight in 2 weeks. A healthy pace for weight loss is usually about 2 pounds per week. If you really wanna go crazy, I would still only shoot for about 5-10 pounds with the understanding that most of it will be water weight. From personal experience, I suggest you read Body for Life or Michael Thurmond's 6-day body Makeover. I had remarkable results with the latter...but you'll still average out at about 2 pounds per week after the initial phase of weight loss wears off.

That is a lot to ask for. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

That would mean losing too much weight too fast, which is really unhealthy, and can result in stretch marks. Find a safer way to lose weight slower through a good diet and excercise.

It sounds as if you are only concerned about being healthy for others. Do it for yourself, through proper diet and exercise. Eat healthy foods you like and play sports that you like. That might make it easier. Think of health as a long term plan, sort of a lifestyle.
