Just in case you sitting there staring at the netgear pci card and haven't installed it your computer... Turn off your computer, unplug your computer and open up your computer case. (most likely there are some screws in the back, if not check your manual). Once you have the case open look for an open PCI slot, there should be 2 or 3 of them. Ground yourself by touching your case or powersupply to get rid of any static elec. Remove the case blank near the slot (a strip of metal) and carefull insert your pci card in the slot. Make sure your screw the card in place to it won't pop out.

Close up the case, get your install cd ready, and power up the computer. When the computer asks for the driver click cancel and then insert your CD. Follow the instructions.

just put the driver dc in and it will install the wireless software for your netgear and it will ask you to put the netgear in then you install that and the next thing you do is call your (isp)server to help you get your wireless netgear online you pay for the internet so they should help you get online and ask them to tell you how to set up a security key on you wireless network or your going to have a lot of people on your wireless server

turn off and unplug your computer, then touch the metal case to get rid of any static charge you may have. after that open up the case, locate a free pic slot in your computer (most of the time its an off white color) remove the metal plate near that slot on the PC case to allow the card to stick threw if there is one. after that just line up and gently push the card into the pci slot, screw it in. put the case back on your computer, plug it back in, start it up and run the install software.

it should've come w/ a cd that takes care of everything for you. without the cd, you probably won't be able to use the card because you won't have the drivers. you can try finding the drivers online, but that can be hard sometimes.
