Depends... do you mean someone to date or someone who is missing and you want to locate them? If you're looking for a missing person, I haven't found a site yet that doesn't expect some green in exchange for the person's whereabouts. There's a big market for that, and lots of money to be made in the people locator business. I wish there was!

I have found that the best way to find somebody is to stop looking. Sounds crazy but it works.

sure! at the gym, ur job, the store (supermarkets r great), video store, park, gas station, and mall to name some. just be socialable and if u "hit" it off give and get a phone number and c what happens...
