I am 13...brown hair down to about the middle of my back (im 5'3 if that helps at all) I have an oval/circle face. I always wear my hair in a ponytail...and i wanna change so i will actually like it...but nothing above my shoulder length????? any ideas

I work as a bagger in a supermarket, where we have a full carryout service policy. However, considering I live near Miami, and the heat has been very intense (and dangerous to one's health). Can my employer legally enforce me to go outside in that?

I was looking through some websites of 9/11 and I just started to grieve all over again. I thought that I was over what happened but I'm not. I know that it has been a long time but I'm still astonished at how other human beings would intentially hurt one another. I always thought 'what happened happened and there is nothing you can do but move on' I don't understand why we would go back and hurt these people. Yeah they caused us a lot of pain but its not right to go back and hurt them. We should just punish those who did the act not the rest of the people that didn't have anything to do with it. I know that this is a touchy subject but I don't want other people to feel what I feel if they didn't do anything. All the children dying over there didn't deserve to die. All of our soldiers over there don't dserve to be there. I just can not believe what we have become.

Not because I can be vindictive (because I know I can) not because I can vent my rage (Because you know I do) and not because I have a genius mind (of course that is my opinion of myself based on the capacity for intelligence I have seen delivered on these pages and the ration of those that truely use this resource as a motivator vs POINT WHORES-U R welcome 4 the 3 points the two you collected and the one you allowed me to make;-)) but because I was not brought up religiously and so I never had the benefit of what churches provided for their communities-rather I was a military brat and travled much of the northern hemisphere and came to find that I was prejudiced. I absolutely despies prejudiced people-I love the diversity of the world and Hope that one day when we all realize that this world is only as great as we make it that we as mankind will be able to leave our mark in History as being the Generation that was able to put our differences aside-agree not to disagree-and find LOVE!

Had a bit of a fling with a guy going to be working with. We've been seeing each other for about 2 weeks and i didnt think my feelings could be so strong for someone. Anyway he feels guilty about cheating on his gf but still likes me but loves her and not going to leave her. I have really strong feelings for him and dont know what to do now - just gutted!!!
