plateaus are the worst. you have to work even harder to try to stay motivated. I have lost a lot of weight. I was 267 and now I am barely 100. One of the tricks that my weight loss doctor taught me that is not wide spread (and I am not sure why) is to stop drinking thirty minutes before you eat, don't drink while eating, and then don't drink for one hour after. It doesn't sound hard, but it is. Hard, but worth it! The premise is that no liquid keeps the food in your tummy without being digested for a lot longer, thus you stay full longer. Good luck! I hope this trick helps you get over your plateau.

You need to change up your diet and fitness routine. Just do something different and eat something different. If you go back to the way you were before you lost weight, then yes, you will gain the weight back.
