Sexual fantasies are very common,I feel strongly that they should be kept to ones self if it involves sex with another rather than your present partner. Think all you want just don't voice it. A fantasy is just that,too many people have tried to live out their fantasies with disastrous results.

Some time I think of others. I think that it is not un common for people to fantasize about someone else. But most of the time i can not concetrate enough to think about someone else.

I do it alot. My husband likes very straightforward, missionary sex and I really like it a little kinkier. If I imagine what turns me on while we have sex his way, we both enjoy it very much without either of us being uncomfortable or unsatified!
