My friend, who is 15 has been drinking for a few months, but now I think she's started drugs. Last night she went completely nuts. I've known her my whole life, and never seen her like she was last night. I'm thinkin she was high, and I'm thinkin it mighta been on meth. How do ppl act when they've done meth for the first time?

We are planning to build a new home around the Tampa, FL area sometime next spring. (Right now we are living in Pittsburgh, PA.)
We want to buy something less than $500k with a pool, 4-6 bedrooms, 3500+ square feet, and a fair plot of land.
Can you get a decent home around $400k?
(I have heard that Tampa is quite expensive for new homes.)
I have checked into some homebuilders in FL and requested some info, but photos only do so much.
If anyone has any experience with any builders down there it would be appreciated.
That way we fly down to get more info we won't waste any unnecessary time.

My daughter is 6 months old. My cousin is app. 10 weeks pregnant. I am very aware of the sacrifices that must be made during pregnancy. She does drink at least one drink a day and a times does get drunk, (she drank a whole bottle of wine the other night). She also smokes pot and cigarettes. I know for sure that she liked to use presription narcotics for recreational use before pregnancy. I am a nurse so in turn very aware of the medical problems associated with this, but want to here from people who know about this situation first hand. Please let me know the outcomes.

One evening Mike went over to his friend Terry's house to play cards with some friends.

Mike sat directly across from Terry's wife. Mike dropped a card on the floor and bent down to pick it up. When he looked across the table he saw that Terry's wife had her legs open and no panties on. He sat up and was flushed.

He went into the kitchen to get a drink of water. To his surprise Terry's wife had followed him into the kitchen and said, " Did you like what you saw?" Mike said "Yes I did." She said, Well you can get more than that but it will cost you $500." So Mike thought about this financial situation and said, "O.K." She said, "Come here tomorrow at 2:30 because Terry will be at work then." Mike said, "I'll see you then."

The next day, Mike came over, they had sex, he paid her, then he left. Later, Terry came home and asked, "Has Mike been over here today" She said, thinking she had been caught, "As a matter of fact, he did." Terry said, "Good because that fool came by my job this morning and asked to borrow $500 till this evening, and he said he would leave it with you."
