is mircosoft java the best for games? or are they outdated?

Microsoft Java is 4 major releases behind. The latest incarnation of MS Java (J#) works well with other Microsoft technologies, but do not work at all with anything else in the Java world.

I highly recommend that you run from it as fast as you can, and run towards this:
