I'm a nurse and I'm about to teach student nurses. Another teacher showed me she had a PDA that had some memory card that had a drug book and other nursing stuff on it. I thought this would be a great teaching tool for me, but I don't know anything about PDA's. Can someone help me with what would be a good brand for what I need it for? And something that is not going to cost an arm and a leg? And how in the world would I learn how to use it in terms of transfering all that info on it?? Please help!

Well, during the holidays me and my boyfriend we usually talk on the computer or sending emails or on the MSN. But sometimes he is really rude to me and keeps saying bad words to me and calling me ***** and this stuff. Then I ask why did he did that? And he says that his brother (which is his twin brother, that I've dated already and we had a horrible relation) wrote that, but this things happen so many times that sometimes I thing he is just playing with my feelings.
I already talked to my friends about it and they say that him and his brother is just trying to do a "revenge" and I should break up with him.
But I realized that I cant break up with him. I love him so much that I cant break up with him.
Sometimes I get so sad and upset that I stay home locked on my room crying all day long.
I need help!! Please help me

Right at the top of my forearm near inner elbow I felt a strange little lump today. Don't want to straighten arm feels strange. Now I have a hard (area?) wear my veins are on inner elbow right where I usually get my blood drawn. It kind of hurts. Does anybody know what this might be? Also- not necessarily related- got a spider bite the other night a little above elbow on back of arm bruised a little around it.

When I am reading my e-mail or doing my homework and I click to go to something else microsoft give me an error message that it is not responding or it just takes forever to go to another page. And this only happens when I am using my laptop computer, it doesn't do that when I am on my PC.
