the hookah went along with the theme of kaysar's heritage/likes--notice how all the furniture was change in the hoh bedroom and outside??!! the hookah is part of his iraqui heritage-they are smoking shisha-

I am not sure, but I was wondering the same thing. I doubt that it was weed, but Kaysar was acting funny after he smoked it.
