When I am reading my e-mail or doing my homework and I click to go to something else microsoft give me an error message that it is not responding or it just takes forever to go to another page. And this only happens when I am using my laptop computer, it doesn't do that when I am on my PC.

delete the files and offline content after clicking on tools.

Go with Firefox. I switched to it cause I got tired of IE freezing up on me, and I love it.
