If he goes out of his way to talk to you then he's probally interested. If hes shy and just stares at you alot then hes probally interested. Try talking to him and see what he likes to do, movies he likes, music he likes etc. See if you like him by finding out more about him.

He's smiling and staring at you, he pick's on you. He talks to you.
He has asked you out. He makes fun of you, but only in front of his guy friends.
So just walk up and ask him to a movie. Not so hard.
