im a runner and i have feet trouble!!?

i need to run its like part of my life and i enjoy it but lately my feet have been cramping up really bad! well its not even cramping it just a sharp tight constant pain to the point where i can barely walk i tried running through it but it made it worse ive gone to the doctor for it but i think he miss diagnosed me anybody with the same problems ?? plus i need to train for my up comming college career im a hurdler but im trying to do some distance to get up my endurance. but my feet start bothering me after like 10 minutes of easy jogging do you think its a good idea to train through it i ve already rested for a week and a half and i cant take it any more i have to run!!!!

Does a TV satellite digi-box only needs monitor NOT a TV? If so how can one connect as monitors have no SCART?

As we use exclusively Satellite TV, I have often wondered if there was a way of using computer monitors rather than actual TV's to view the output. But the connectors are different.

Can it be done and is there a solution to the different connectors question.

Even better would be a way to do it wirelessly with a video-sender - but again - video senders (and receivers) have SCARTS but monitors do not.

Hope someone who understands the technicalities can help. Jeremy
