Walking, yoga (no inverted poses) and swimming are great to do during pregnancy. (Of course check with your caregiver before beginning any exercise program.) Sometimes you can find water aerobics or yoga classes especially for PG women.
Pelvic rocking is a very simple exercise that you can do that will help keep you comfortable and encourage baby into a good position. There are some links below to explain how to do pelvic rocking.

swimming!!! when you are really big it is the best relief from lugging that belly around. especially near the end of the pregnancy when you are always hot and uncomfortable, go for a swim
the rest of activity is fine if you regulrarly engage in excercise. You should not however work on your core/abs. It won't matter anyway.

Honestly, if you're still in you're first or second trimester, you can do any of the exercises you did before you were pregnant, as long as your comfortable doing them. If they hurt in anyway stop immediatly. My job involves some heavy lifting (stocking 40 lb bags of dog food). My doctor said " If you still feel you can lift them, go right ahead!" Most doctors will say otherwise to cover their asses, but there really isn't a risk until your in your 3rd trimester. If your scared to do anything that uses that much energy, think of it this way... Sex is the best exercise out there and uses more energy than any other pysical act and it's ok to have sex while your pregnant, right? So go ahead, work off the weight before you put more on!

Walking is the best exercise you can do for your body and it will help greatly when you go into labor too. Just be careful when you do any exercises and ask your doctor what he recommends also. Congratulations on your pregnancy !!!

Light aerobics like swimming and walking. Eating a nutritious diet is equally important.
