The rotation is the movement that the Earth makes turning on its own axis of the west to this. It gives a complete return in 24 hours that constitute our complete day. The man does not perceive in direct physical form the rotation since the atmosphere accompanies to the planet in his movement, but it can notice observing it the Sun and stars.
That´s why you're not dizzy!! hope it helps ya!

You have post-viral labyrinthitis. This is an inflammation of the inner ear caused by a viral infection. It causes what is called "positional vertigo" which is a spinning in the head caused by change in body position. The virus should be clearing up, you should treat that for symptoms, possibly use hot steam or sudafed for congestion. I don't know what is causing the abdominal pain. This is actually a textbook case....the spinning will go away as you recover from the virus, maybe take some anti inflammatories, etcetera. It will not hurt you.

Because you are spinning with the Earth. In otherwords, you are stationary. It is the relative motion that makes you dizzy - like say spinning in one spot.

Dizzyness is caused by the centripetal force that plays with your blood haemoglobin imbalance and also the liquid in your inner ear which helps to keep your balance.

With the Earth's rotation, and you spinning with it, dizzyness is not happening. Larger the diameter of the circle, infinitismally small are its effects of spinning.

the larger the spin of the object the more you wont be dizzy. For Example....turn in circles in one spot for 20 turns and you will be dizzy....run a track (a circle) for 20 laps and your not going to be dizzy...tired..but not dizzy.

You were born with this rotation. You are used to it. If it stops or chanegs we all get dizzy. Earth quakes are the good example ( nothing to do with rotation of earth)
