Sometimes yes and sometimes no.
On Earth, up is the opposite direction
of the pull of gravity, but in the space
shuttle in orbit, up and down are irrelevant
but they still refer to the nose as being up.

Yes...it is a relative term... So if something is down for you... cutting straight through the middle of the earth to the opposite side...that same direction taht is down for you is up for them.

Wars are constantly waged for national interest. No exceptions. Ideologies, etc are in fact all no longer something yet excuses. As for "good", "undesirable", etc, they actually in basic terms have which skill whilst those concepts are presented in a society that shares a similar targets. If all human beings supported taking photos brown human beings for oil, then that must be a familiar "good", a minimum of interior the US. that isn't any longer the case, besides the undeniable fact that, so that is nonetheless being debated. "good" and "undesirable" are socially defined concepts that exist each and every time a great form of human beings trust them. there isn't any genuine familiar "good" or "undesirable".

If the definition of up and down is in relation to the direction of the gravitational force such that "down" being in the gravitational force's direction and up being against its direction, then wherever you are on Earth, it is still consistent.
