Today's Democrats are mostly communists and extreme socialists and therefore believe in one-worldism, totalitarianism and are anti-capitalistic. Additionally, the great (and dirty) secret of the communists is that everything they esponse is, in their opinion, a fairy-tale. They actually do not believe in their own utopian dreams or theories. They know their system does not actually work. All they are after is the destriuction of organized society and their increase in the power they have.

At heart, all of the left is anarchist.

Reading these answers, I don't think I've ever seen so much hatred and venom in my entire life.
Why does anyone believe that it's just the Democrats that want to destroy this country or who are telling lies? I'm neither Dem or Rep., so I keep an eye on both sides, and can't tell the difference. Neither side has held themselves responsible for their actions, nor have they followed any of the laws or standards that were set forth when this country was born. Maybe if we all took a step back and looked at what is really going on, we'd see that there is a huge gap between how we should be doing things and how they are actually being done. Perhaps it's time we get the government back to of the people and by the people instead of for the big business that is going on today.

My friend do you want to know why the democrats want to destroy this country? It is because they hate America. Take for instances the news. Have you ever watched these liberal stations like CNN or CBS? They always try to bash the President. I mean we all have are different opioions but, to bash the president on national tv is disrespect. Democrats have no agenda. They just take what the Republican say, twist it around, and try to bring some good out of it.

The democrats bicker amongst one another. Where I live, which is in the state of Georgia, we had elections. (D)Cathy Cox and (D)Mark Taylor were both putting out ads dissing the other. Now I thought that you are suppose to go after one another and the guy in the opposite party, but these two idiots have just gone after one another. And guess what? (R)Sonny Perdue had like 86% of the votes. And he hardly advertised!!!!

The democrats have no agenda. Considering the war in the Middle East. They believe that we should set a time period to pull out, then hope that terrorism around the world will just go away. A prime example would be President Clinton. When the twin tower were hit the first time, what did Clinton do? Nothin really. He tried to diplomatically talk his way out of it. Democrats are weak.

When you try and show the truth on democrats, they won't listen. They rather believe their own lies than accept the truth. That is why if you look at a map that show where people voted D or R, you will see that the country is 70% RED!!!! You know why? Its because people are finally relaizing, I hope, that democrats have no solid agenda that their party can fall on. They are even trying to raise minium wages, calling it a moral value. HA!! Prices are already going up, and if you raise the minium wage, prices are really going to skyrocket.

Let us face it. Democrats don't know what they want. If they were smart, they would move up to Canada. But, we as people need to look at what each of the party offers and decide.
A stable party, that knows what it wants, knows what's best for the country, and will stand for what it believes in (R), or a bunch of wimps, scared to take action, have no stable agenda or party, can't aceept the truth, and just are plain stupid (D).

Democrats want to destroy this country because that is what they are bred to do, When your born and bred to believe something then yes you end of believing your own lies but when the left wing media is feeding on you then it boosts your confidence to do the stupid, If democrats truly believe in helping the people then I'd like to see them cut there own salaries in half and donate it to the people they so called care for......

Republicans are too busy believing their own lies to care what the Dems do. And the GOP can do a far better job of destroying American than the Dems can.

Because they will never be happy until they control every aspect of our lives. They were against the Tax Cuts. Well, Tax Cuts worked! They believe that they can run our lives better than we can.

Ask yourself and try this challenge. Have you ever seen a truly happy Liberal? Try to find one. You will not find one. Don't get angry at Liberals, they are pretty good comical relief.

What a liberal deems good, is bad for America. What America deems good, is bad for liberals.

They believe their own lies because they want to believe them. Someone could come here and say something as rediculous as, "Bush has been hypnotized by the evil oil companies", and people would be spreading the word like wildfire, and telling us to prove them wrong, instead of proving their allegations.

These are troubling times for all of us who love this country, as surely we all do, even the satirists. You may poke fun at your mother, but if she is belittled by others it burns your bacon. A blowhard French journalist writes a book about America that is full of arrogant stupidity, and you want to let the air out of him and mail him home flat. You hear young people talk about America as if it's all over, and you trust that this is only them talking tough. And then you read the paper and realize the country is led by a man who isn't paying attention, and you hope that somebody will poke him. Or put a sign on his desk that says, "Try Much Harder."

Do we need to impeach him to bring some focus to this man's life? The man was lost and then he was found and now he's more lost than ever, plus being blind.

The Feb. 27 issue of the New Yorker carries an article by Jane Mayer about a loyal conservative Republican and U.S. Navy lawyer, Albert Mora, and his resistance to the torture of prisoners at Guantánamo Bay. From within the Pentagon bureaucracy, he did battle against Donald Rumsfeld and John Yoo at the Justice Department and shadowy figures taking orders from Dick (Gunner) Cheney, arguing America had ratified the Geneva Convention that forbids cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment of prisoners, and so it has the force of law. They seemed to be arguing that the president has the right to order prisoners to be tortured.

One such prisoner, Mohammed al-Qahtani, was held naked in isolation under bright lights for months, threatened by dogs, subjected to unbearable noise volumes, and otherwise abused, so that he begged to be allowed to kill himself. When the Senate approved the Torture Convention in 1994, it defined torture as an act "specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering." Is the law a law or is it a piece of toast?

Wiretap surveillance of Americans without a warrant? Great. Go for it. How about turning over American ports to a country more closely tied to 9/11 than Saddam Hussein was? Fine by me. No problem. And what about the war in Iraq? Hey, you're doing a heck of a job, Brownie. No need to tweak a thing. And your blue button-down shirt -- it's you.

But torture is something else. When Americans start pulling people's fingernails out with pliers and poking lighted cigarettes into their palms, then we need to come back to basic values. Most people agree with this, and in a democracy that puts the torturers in a delicate position. They must make sure to destroy their e-mails and have subordinates who will take the fall. Because it is impossible to keep torture secret. It goes against the American grain and it eats at the conscience of even the most disciplined, and in the end the truth will come out. It is coming out now.

According to the leaders of the bipartisan 9/11 Commission, our country is practically as vulnerable today as it was on 9/10. Our seaports are wide open, our airspace is not secure except for the nation's capital, and little has been done about securing the nuclear bomb materials lying around in the world. They give the administration D's and F's in most categories of defending against terrorist attack.

Our adventure in Iraq, at a cost of trillions, has brought that country to the verge of civil war while earning us more enemies than ever before. And tax money earmarked for security is being dumped into pork barrel projects anywhere somebody wants their own SWAT team. Detonation of a nuclear bomb within our borders -- pick any big city -- is a real possibility, as much so now as five years ago. Meanwhile, many Democrats have conceded the very subject of security and positioned themselves as Guardians of Our Forests and Benefactors of Waifs and Owls, neglecting the most basic job of government, which is to defend this country. We might rather be comedians or daddies or tattoo artists or flamenco dancers, but we must attend to first things.

The peaceful lagoon that is the White House is designed for the comfort of a vulnerable man. Perfectly understandable, but not what is needed now. The U.S. Constitution provides a simple ultimate way to hold him to account for war crimes and the failure to attend to the country's defense. Impeach him and let the Senate hear the evidence.
