It sounds like you have plantar fasciitis... does it hurt more in the morning? Is the pain in the arch or heel?

You could also have a stress fracture.

I'd recommend going to the doctor - at least a sports medicine specialist or podiatrist.

I'd also lay off running. I know you have to run (I am a fellow runner), but you are only making it worse. So no, I don't think it is all right to train until you figure out what is exactly wrong.

I have tips for getting rid of plantar fasciitis (contact me for info) -- or at least cutting down the pain / problems, but if it is something else, you should really have it checked out by a doctor.

first, don't go to a doctor about running problems unless that doctor is a runner.

Second- where is the pain in the foot?

I have run for almost 30 years...and seen it all. Where exactly does it hurt??

Well an Offensive tackle is the exact counter part of a defensive end. On most plays you will just block the D-end. if the "Tight End" lines up on your side, you may need to block the D-end while the Tight End runs a route. If the Tight End stays to block, you and the Tight End could double team the D-end, or you might have to block the Defensive tackle, and there you have it.

When I was on the track team we had something called a "Wet Vest" that we would wear in the pool that would allow us to "run" in the pool without putting any strain on our joints. The vest kept us upright in deep water to allow us to run. You might want to look in to it. Good luck!
