i've heard hilary duff say she lost 10 pounds from stop drinking soda....

does soda have anything to do to with weight?
(unless you consume a lot of calories, plus have the added on calories from soda) ...

for a person who drinks soda once or twice a day but consumes 1000 callories or less, is it making them bloated?

I have a great idea for a website which I think will make lots of money. I need some investment to employ a couple of people as I don't have all the skills necessary to develop it myself. I am worried that if I go and ask someone then they will steal my idea and go develop it themselves as it is a fairly simple plan. Is there anyway to protect my idea or do I just have to bite the bullet, tell them, and hope they won't steal it. Once I have the employees, I am also worried that I will be no longer needed having come up with the idea - how do you think I should protect myself and my position?

I want to be a new person this year for school! I have these little bumps underneath both my eyes. You can't feel them when you touch them, they don't hurt, there is nothing in them to "pop." Any ideas what they could be? They start towards the inner corner of each eye and spread out a bit. I don't know when they first appeared, but I think they are getting worse...or else I'm getting more creeped out by them. They kind of look like chicken skin...lol. Any ideas on what they are and how to get rid of em? Thanks!

We had big misunderstanding about our living arrangements before we married,he went back to his home state.2 mos. later I visited him and plans were made, however when I got back to my home state,he changed his mind, wanted his rings back.While visiting we got along as if nothing happened. Still confused about this change of heart. My plans were to move to his home state at the end of my lease which I could not get out of. He knew this. Also I was willing to commute back and forth until the time to pack up was near. I still want to marry him, but he doesn't. Says he has a new woman.Harrassing me now for the rings.

I'm 35 and currently my sister is not speaking to me ( she is44 and divorced). Thru conversation she informed me that she will be paying for her son's vacation again this yr. Maybe i shouldn't have said this but before thinking I said, "I thought you were trying to teach him some responsibility?"..background..? He moved out one month ago and parties every night w/friends. He works but spends his $ on "good times". When he lived at home he never cut the grass, shoveled the snow, took out the trash or cleaned his room. My sister did!! She still buys him clothes and gives him $ for groceries. He (had been planning the move out for 3 mo., saving little $. His dad gave him $ to help move and I KNOW my sis did. She blew up and told me, "I'll spend my money the way I want to!!". I told her I never said a thing about "how u spend ur $, only about u said about teaching him responsibility." I won't say another word about it but is she helping this young man?? She does know how I feel.

Ok, so I'm planning to buy a ps2 game right now, but it can't be more than 19.99 :(
Anyway, I've (sort of) narrowed it down to GOW, DMC3, and Medal of Honor Frontline. Please tell me what game you think is the best and WHY. Also, I'd be great if anyone who's already owned one of these games (or all three) to tell me why it's so fun.
Oh, and if you think there's any other 19.99 ps2 games that is better than these games please tell me (I already have GTA and Final Fantasy)! Thanks!
