How long does it take before your best friend is being a jerk by avoiding you on the day of and after your birthday when they could call, write, send an email, hop in for coffee, et cetera - all with relative ease?
(OR, how long do you have to say 'happy birthday' to your best friend before you've missed your chance?)

Please help me here is the question... The lowest temperature on a winter morning was -8 degrees Fahrenheit. later that same day the temperature reached a high of 24 degrees fahrenheit. by how many degrees fahrenheit did the temperature increase? if you know please help me and show work if you can??? thank you so much!!!!

a couple hrs after i got on my braces, they started 2 hurt. a few hrs after that it started 2 hurt more. i took tylenol and its not doing anything. dont have advil. is there anything else i can do 2 ease the pain? and is it normal 2 not be able 2 chew anything? cuz i cant chew anything since all my teeth hurt. how many days will it be till the pain goes away? Please help!!

Have air-blown the board, fans (which are working ok), no viruses, spyware etc. I use p2p often but even when not in use, it still shuts down, especially when using USB file transfer to external HD. Anyone have any clues. Have not changed my usage/software (xp pro) habits and this problem has only recently started. Would appreciate some ideas please.

I grew up in a non christian home. My husband grew up in a very religous home. His mother was a preacher. I want to believe in god so bad. I have heard so many wonderful things. I have problems believeing some of it, and i have doubts. I want to know how to believe and trust in god without having doubts cross my mind. I have been struggling with this for the 19 years that we have been married. Could someone share personal experiences or miracles or such with me. I need to grow in faith.

The pc freezes up as soon as I boot up the computer and will not allow me to get in the control panel to remove one of the programs.

I have already tried the following fix which I found on a pc website:
Boot into Safe Mode, click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the text box, and click OK. Click the Startup tab and look in the Startup Item list for entries that relate to Symantec, Norton, or McAfee. Click the boxes next to these entries to remove the check marks, click Apply, and then click OK. Reboot your computer so that it starts normally, and Windows shouldn't lock up anymore

The above did not work so I'm back frozen mode again. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My tank dosn't have direct light falling on it but does get light during the day. My plants are growing well and at the moment the tank light comes on about 5pm and off again at 10pm. Is this OK? Is it too much light or could I have it on longer? Also, are those moonlight lights good? Do they really simulate moonlight or is it a gimic!
