Maybe take her to a nice dinner or something, make a big deal out of it. I don't mind if people do something for me after my actual birthday, makes the day last longer!! :-)

This is what you should do...if she means this much to you!
You need to take her to a very nice restaurant and explain to her that you are very sorry that you missed her b-day. Show her a very good time and make it a night she will never for get. Have a nice time with her and behave (don't do nothing I would not..LOL)
But there are ways you can show her you are sorry. Flowers, dinner, nice walk after wards..come on you can think of something good.
I hope she forgives you.

If you and she aren't really close then send her a e-mail and a few messages explain why you forgot and get her some flowers.
But if you and her are close I really think you should go apologize, throw you manhood out the window and beg for forgiveness, and of course take her out to dinner and a movie(you're buying of course)

i would buy two dozen of her favorite flowers, take her out to dinner or cook a nice dinner for her my candles light. buy her a diamond ring or something. you should tell her over and over again how sorry you are. maybe for yourself you should my some notes pads and put your impotent stuff on them to remind you of the dates. good luck.
