While it might be any of the prior answers, if you have not eaten lately, and if you have a family history of diabetes or the opposite, low blood sugar, that might be what is happening.

Go get yourself some peanut butter and orange juice if you have it on hand. If you don't, tuna, salmon or any canned/fresh/frozen meat (prepared of course) will do. Add some fruit or vegetable, even corn or potato chips, and some almonds or peanuts to your meal. Drink a glass of water with this, and go lie down for 30 minutes.

If this helps, be sure and ask your doctor to test you for low blood sugar (6 hour glucose tolerance test).

i know six causes of shaking. Yaters gives 169. including cause unknown. first go to ur family doctor. he will send to specialist. he will send to super specialist. all 29 lab tests. repeat lab tests. lumbar puncture.MRI scan. Therefore it is either wait patiently for fate to show up later, or go thru all the scientifics.// common sense is to watch urself very closely every bit of ur anatomy and physiology. even if there is 1% worsening immediately go to the clinic.
