If, by "bug wings", you mean wings which beat like a bird's or insect's, then the answer to your question is yes.

It's called an ornithopter.

YES! Tested successfully, but no great distance.
Actually fly.
The issue is ample battery power. "Flies", "butter flies", and "roaches" have been tested. Not ample power for the size. And they are "bugged".

like a microphone or something so you could be a fly and spy on someone? unless you got swatted :()
