A friend of mine has been working crazy hours because of a staff shortage. Last week they submitted their signed time sheet to their supervisor with a lot of OT hours. The supervisor then submitted another time sheet to payroll minus the OT hours, this time sheet was unsigned,(which is against company procedure). When the payroll dept. called the supervisor about the unsigned time sheet, the supervisor said the employee knew all about it when they in fact did not.
I say that behavior is criminal. Does anyone have any idea's of how to proceed?

my 6-year-old son knows I disapprove of him seeing movies rated PG or higher unless i've seen it and think it's ok for him.
this new movie Pirates of The Carribean is rated PG-13. this is supposed to mean it may be inappropriate for children under 13 right? So why is McDonalds marketing the hell out of this movie on a HAPPY MEAL??
Have you EVER seen a 13-year-old buy a happy meal. They wouldn't be caught dead with one of those! which means that mcdonalds is trying to get buyers of happy meals (3 - 8 year-olds) to see a movie they're not supposed to see!
how am i as a parent supposed to teach values that are being contradicted by MCDONALDS?

A fore note: I am a North American Aboriginal person, not a racist or anti zionist.
The Aryan word comes from the Old Persia world and still exists in Iran amoung other places. Germany was involved with Afghanistan/Iran and other muslim nations since the 1800's up till the end of WWII. Hitler toured Afghanistan in 1932 or there abouts and was told about the Aryyan people who where nomadic and disliked Judism. The nomadic aryyans where a source of debate amoung German scholars during 1850-1888 and in due course the legends of Aryyans evolved to Aryans , who incorrectly went from being Indo-europeans to decendants of Atlantis dating back 1 million years.
Regardless, Hilter liked the name and used it much like the swastika symbol of peace which he spied in a Hindu temple while in India.
Most people believe incorrectly that Aryans are white northern warriors. They are muslims and the name Aryan mean noble.
