I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and my teeth look alright at the front, but all the back teeth are quite rotten, you can see they're really bad when I open my mouth.

I know it's my own fault cos I didn't look after them enough and I ate too much sugar and things, but they're starting to hurt me now. I can't afford to pay to get them fixed though, I'm a single mum with 5 kids and money's really tight since my husband left.

My kids have got pretty bad teeth as well, they all probably need fillings done but I can't find a dentist to take us on the NHS and I can't afford to go private.

What should I do? My teeth are really bad and they hurt as well now. And I'm worried about my kids teeth too.

I have heard so much about how Americans are supposed to help others. Americans help others by choice, not because we have to.
However, every time I have seen anyone bring up helping the millions of Americans that have been forced into poverty, and the dangerous slums, where the desperate criminals of our country are forced to deal drugs, or join gangs to put food on the table. These American people have an even bigger plight than the criminals that cross our borders. Most feel as if they have be dumped on the side of the road and abandoned by our own people. I don't care what color you are, if your poor in America you are looked down upon, treated as if you have no rights to free speech, or any of the other rights wealthier people believe they deserve because they believe they are superior. Other Countries are kept from hearing about the millions of Americans that are starving. Out of a population of 300 mil, take away 20 mil illegals, then about 80 mil are somewhat wealthy

Don't get me wrong, I hated the guy....he was a terrorist, so f*ck him. But when we celebrate death, I can see the line that seperates us from them start to dissappear. It just reminds me of the sickos that stand outside of a prison celebrating when there's an execution. That sorta stuff just kinda makes me uneasy.

I'm sick of not being good enough for my parents. I'm good at school get good grades and it's always why didn't you do better? I'm sick of not doing so fantastically that there is never anything I can't do - I do my best and my best is pretty darn good.

I get babied by them, I can barely do anything, my dad thinks that at thirteen I should be asleep by 10PM, and not go places on my own and do stuff and I can't stand it anymore. I need help.

We all know that the verb in sentence shall to be conjugate according to its subject. In the sentence

"If your answer were the photos"

we have a simple subject (answer), so we shall say:

"If your answer was the photos".

Ok?

But I've read lots of texts where are written in the first form: "if your answer for that were the photos you sent, so I thank you..."

My point is: which is the correct according to the English Grammar and why?
