I feel for you...I had a snoring roommate for my entire freshman year. I was exhausted. I bought a white-noise machine and put it next to my pillow which helped a lot because it drowned out the sound of the snoring so that it wouldn't wake me in the night. You could also just try using a loud fan or wearing earplugs.
You could nicely mention to your roommate that he/she is snoring because they might not be aware. Perhaps there are some things they could try also. I wouldn't make a huge deal about it though because they can't really help it and you don't want to be in an argument with your roomate.
I feel for you. I hope you get some sleep tonight. Good luck!

I've gone through several roommates that snored when I was in college. First, get earplugs. It will at least help you sleep for the time being. Talk to your roommate. Just be polite about it and ask him (or her) to sleep on their side instead of their back. If you hear your roommate snoring, slightly nudge his shoulder and that should get him to turn over. There's things he can take to help him stop snoring. Ask a pharmacist.

Find a new roommate that does not snore-or wear ear plugs and tell your roommate to get some help-doing without your sleep is no fun!

People snore due to dry air in the room. Maybe a humidifier would make things better for you.
or
I had seen some ads where the person puts a clip on the nose to avoid snoring. I think you need to try it. I havent used it and cannot confirm if the product does what they claim (like any other product).

get another roomate. Unless you are in jail you dont have a choice there.I am pretty sure if you are in a dorm or something like that they can probably replace you somewhere else. If its you alls apartment then get you a roommate that does not snore.

I have a husband who snores and I just wake him up and tell him to sleep on his side. It works long enough for me to fall asleep.

You can stop them from noring by telling them to sleep straight.
By sleeping straight it is easier for your nose to breathe that way,
If you sleep on your back, it is difficult for air to go into your nose but difficult to come out!

I brought my roommate those breath right strips, it worked. Or give them those vapor stuff so they can breath right.
