How can I know that one of my female colleague likes me,sothat I can propose her for love and later marriage?

Se use to beg for help,how to do this &that etc.She looks to me keeping eyes straight ,but I can't.I can help her more& thus can get more close contact, but afraid of if she deny me.May be that she had boyfriend batter than me.Basically I am a Psychiatrist& she is one of the Psychologist.Our age difference is about 10 yrs.In our socity this difference is quite acceptable.Now I can realise how difficalt it is if problem comes. Interstingly both of us councell others for such poblem. But now I am puzzled. Please help me. Specially female friends,because they feel it batter. See U.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
