I adore my wife, but she wants children and I really don't. Your thoughts?

She is in the Airforce and works very long days, I am worried that I would have all the responsibility. Also I don't like the idea of having constraints on my time and finances!

quit being selfish and **** the **** out of her already. if you dont then i will. women cant have kids forever and it will give her a break from the airforce when the kid is born. it will be more responsibility for both of you but it should be worth it.

its not that u don't want children. its that u are worried whether u will b given the total responsibilities of looking after the baby when ur wife has gone for work or may b u think u cannot have sex with ur wife comfortably. if not would there b any one who doesn't want to make children . what i feel is that, u give priority to other things not to what is really important.
My advice is u better make children, coz i know few couples who didn't want children for the first few after marriage and after 5 or 6 years when they wanted children, the wife did not conceive. so plz, u don't do that mistake in ur life, coz u'll regret later in the future. Now u might not feel bad. But when u ache for a child and u don't have one, that pain is unbearable

Well, that really is something the two of you should have discussed before getting married. I will tell you that I have known several people (both men and women) who "agreed" to having children even though they really did not want them, and they were never happy again, in fact some were miserable, and it is not something you can "put on a shelf". You really need to think a lot about it, and talk to your wife.

sounds to me this subject should of been talked about before the i do''s. talk to your wife not ask outsiders they can not say what is best for yous
