My sister is dating a man who just told her he has Herpes. He said that he was diagosned with it 25 years ago but has never had an outbreak since then. No blood tests were ordered, I guess the doctor just looked at it and said that is what it was. Can you actually go 25 years with no outbreak??? Thanks

I am a teenager and a male. I am a Christian and I have so many hormones running through my body causing me to think in a very sexual way all the time and I know that it's wrong to think like this nor do I want to because I know thats not the way I am. Its been 4 years since I talked to my older brother. Him and I at once use to be really close, I was in business with his soon to wife when they met (i introduced them to each other). To make a long story short a very bad business deal went down between my partner and I and my over bearing know it all brother. In the last 4 years I have made attempts to reconcile on a amicable ground for our parents benefit (as this breaks their heart), but to know avail. Now he is getting married and his g/f my ex partner has called after 4 years of not speaking out of the blue to ask me to stand for her (wtf?) my reply was i don't think so, but how about you start with an invite and we will take it from there. Invitations went out and my 2 sons recieved one and not me, my parents are very upset, and when my mom called me upset, asking me to "try again" as my dad says if i don't go he doesn't go. there is so much more to this story. I am looking for others to share their stories or comment on mine

most add that I wrote my brother a long e-mail about what I would like from us in the future and to ask if he wanted to try being civil to eaach other, i made it quite clear, and no answer, also at christmeas dinner he was there as for how unconfotable i was, i stayed walked up to my brother extended my hand and said merry christmas, no action. Also, this bad business deal was alot of my brothers doing (some major back stabbing went on)

Ok here is the Deal, I am helping a friend direct her wedding. She had all the plans and finances to pay for her small, then her finance' had a major heart attack. A lot of the families finances are limited now that he is not working. She is coming up just a little short.

As the director of the wedding I would like to ask the wedding party for as Little Monetary Assistance ($10-$30) to help finish the wedding. The wedding is in 2 weeks. Most are family and knows the sisuation. Would it be out of order. If not what would be a good way to word this in a letter form?

Muslims insist that Muhammad marriage and sex with a child of 9 wasnt rape because Aisha consented.

First, we ofcourse dont know if she actually consented because theres no way of knowing but suppose she did, and suppose her parents didnt feel any presure based on Muhammad power and army, can will still ever say a child of 9 is capable of consent?

MUSLIMS, because a child is totally depedant on their providers, the law in all civilzied countries says it is wrong because humans can never truely consent where they have no freedom to simply leave. In reality, its certain that a child would not at first consent until his embarrassed parent sternly told them to accept the marriage "or else".

Also, ofcourse, a child so young is to ignorant to make a real decision that affects the rest of life.
