Here are a few ideas to ponder:
1. God gave you sexual desires to help in your future marriage and ultimately to glorify Him. The desires aren't bad, but pointed in the wrong direction, as thoughts often are, they become sinful.
2. Treat these desires like the habit of over-eating. The right kind of food is good in moderation, but when you binge or constantly crave food, it becomes your drug or even your god respectively.
3. Think of the particular females who are currently the object of your lust as people who need your unselfish, godly love. Ask yourself what their greatest needs are, and minister to them. I wish I had done the same when I was in your stage in life (not long ago).
4. Since the problem is bigger than you are, don't keep it a total secret. Confide in God and in a friend or two you can trust, who will hold you accountable.
5. Don't just stop thinking about girls and sexual stuff. Replace these thoughts with godly thoughts. Carry around a stack of memory verses, for example.
6. You're already so far ahead of most Christian men your age because even to strangers in this forum, you can express the problem honestly. Way to go, brother!

This is one of the many things I can't stand about Christianity-Sexual Repression! Sexuality is a completely normal thing. This doesn't mean that you should do everything with two legs, but accept the fact that it is a hormonal time of your life, and sexual desire will happen. There is nothing perverted about it. It is human. What's perverted is the way Christians perceive sexuality. They make it out to be a nasty disgusting thing only to be used in procreation. It's sad, really.

Chris,
The problem is not hormones or sexual desire - these are normal! The problem is always about lust. This is a serious area in life. I strongly recommend that you contact some mature male person in your church and have that person as a contact for your questions. You also need to go to God's word. How can you please God if you don't know what he says about it? If you don't know where to go I recommend the book "Not even a hint" it has an excellent reference of verses and explains concisely both the beauty and purpose of sex and the distortion of lust.
God bless.

It's not actually wrong (I'm sorry I'm not Christian, but I'm pretty much agnostic) to think like that, you are a teenage boy, It's natural, hormones are a biological thing and it's hard to control mentally.

Sexual desire is just your body's way of telling you that you're healthy and everything's running the way it should. If you DIDN'T have it, that would be something to be worried about.
