Be sensible mostly, rapid weight loss is not a good idea. If your body thinks it won't get enough nutrients it'll shut down your metabolism and retain the fat!!. Best to exercise regularly and sensibly. Cut right down on fats and sugar, reduce your carbs. Drink plenty of water as this aids the loss of fatty deposits. Your vital organs get first access to water and if you don't drink enough your skin will suffer as its the last to get any. Follow this advice and you can't fail and you'll have great skin too. The exercise will help burn calories and taughten up the body as you slim. Sometimes hunger pains are because of thirst, try a drink and see if that does the trick in taking the edge of your hunger. Remember to eat properly and sensibly. That is lean meat plenty veggies and fruit and small amounts of carbs boiled or steamed. Once you begin to put on muscle you'll have increased weight loss anyway as it takes more calories to maintain muscle so they burn off faster naturally.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Hi, ive tried loads of diets like atkins etc an never really lost a lot of weight and as soon as id given up on the diet certainly put it all back on. I tried weight watchers (well my mum went and i just used her books ect) and it was the only diet where i saw real long lasting results. u usually lose 2-3lbs per week and its usually 3lb in your 1st week while ur body adjusts so in 3 weeks u could lose a minimum of 7lbs (half a stone).
u can eat anything on it but u stick to a set amount of points which equal calories. It allows u2 eat anything but because u know if u have say chocolate u will leave yourself will fewer points for the rest of the day so u tend to make more sensible food choices or have just a couple of pieces of chocolate. its the best diest cos u never feel like ur doing without anything and if u crave anything u can have it. better still, if u simply must have a cake that ends up putting u over ur daily limit of points u can have a few less the next day or over the next 7 days to make up for it. similarly if u r going for a meal at the end of the week u can have 1 or 2 points less each day until that day comes and use them all up at the meal or just have nothing else to eat after the meal. it really is a good diet to be on. ive came off it a few times when its been time of the month or something an u dont just instantly put the weight on. its slow to come off and slow to go back on! i dont think theres anything faster to be honest-i tried a lose 10lbs in 3 days diet that had me eating green beans and beetroot, it was horrible and didnt lose anything! with the weight watchers u can lose only 2lb one week but u really feel the inch loss which ive never experienced on any other diet. Hope that helps. I should be on commission for weight watchers!! oh and thats without no exercise at all x

liquid diet!! you wont keep it off for good unless you change your eating habits for good but if your going to an advent and want to lose about 10 or 15 lbs drink plenty of water and as your meals drink 4 slim fasts a day and thats it, you will only consume about 800 calories so you will drop weight quick. add exsercise and it will come off even faster!!

half an hour of exercise twice a day but you must drink LOADS of water to get rid of the fat. After about 3-4 weeks of this type of regime you'll start to loose 1/4" per week from your waistline!

when i need to lose weigt in a really short time, for everyday ill run my tredmill for 45 minutes and each day it really does work like a mirical. also, when you want a snack, eat baby carrots because they are soo low calories you can eat like 3437384 and its only like 20 cals. ok hope this helps

Exercise like mad and cut your calorie intake to 1000-1200 per day. Also try to cut our all carbs for that period of time. Eat lots of portein. It worked for me!
