I know that i have OCD, and mental health issues run in my family, and thiis year i was in track and before my races i would make myself SOO nervous, and during the race i would like forget to breath so when i was done i would totaly hyperventilate and my forehead, cheeks and nose would go numb, and my fingers wouldn't unclench and they would feel like someone had injected them with Novacain, (they were numb too) i don't know what to do.

I pray, try to include God in every decision, do my best to make Godly decisions though I do fail at times. Sometimes I just feel that my relationship with God is not good enough, that I am not good enough. I do think this may be Satan trying to discourage me though.

I am deeply devestated by this...she actually handed a family member an invitation in front of me...I did not receive a verbal or written invitation. "Julie" has always been my favorite niece and I her favorite Aunt, besides the last three years we have always had a special bond...The entire family dynamics has taken a turn for the worst in the last three years and some how I have been blamed and accused for some of the problems that have been going on...I have been the only stable one in our famliy and have never been involved in the family's cruel ways... "Julie's" father (my brother--we have a mutual destain for eachother) has a magnetic influence on "Julie" and is cruel, verbally abusive, manipulative and intimidating. As a result of my brother's influence "Julie" and I no longer have a functioning relationship.
I do not know if I should attend my nieces graduation, after being snubbed and risk the possibility of having my brother go off on me.

For a woman wearing long hair, she gets her hair relaxed every 6-8 weeks. My friend tells me that every time she gets her hair done, (every two weeks), no matter who does it, she always gets it relaxed yet again. I fear that this may damage her hair completely. A couple of days ago I bought a Kenmore water dispenser from Sears. I purchased the 5 gallon water jug at Walmart and filled it with RO water from the store. After I got it hooked up at home, I filled a glass of water from it & the water tasted like the plastic the bottle is made from. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of that taste? The only thing I can think to do is keep running water thru it, but the taste is really strong & I don't think that will work. Any help would be great, cause I can't drink the water from the faucet; it's hooked up to a water softner system.
