Well the FF7 Sephiroth is the most powerful. In kingdom hearts he is tough but he had to have all of his abilities so that it would be weaker. The FF7 Sephiroth was able to come back from the dead, summon a giant meteor that destroyed the galaxy and control anyone that has Jenova Cells in them.

he is more powerful in kingdom hearts...
however, it is because of the different battle systems assigned for each game..
for me, sephiroth is very hard in kingdom hearts I not II.. in kingdom hearts II, you just need sora to be lvl 60+ (eventhough i beat him in lvl 54).. in kingdom hearts I, the battle space is very small.. i youll be struggling with the heartless angel magic.. that will reduce your life into 1..
thats it.. :P

I think he's way tougher in KH. It was kinda easy in FF7 if you had KOTR. KH Sephiroth is a bit more of a challenge

Kingdom Hearts, for sure. I mean, in FF7, you had to kill him, what, 4 times? In KH2, he has 15 freaking life bars. I had to stop for a minute; I got lightheaded.

In response to Banana, wouldn't 4 individual battles be more difficult than one continous one? I say he's tougher in FF7 if you aren't prepared, but I say he's more lethal in KH.
